French Terry Print slot.

These slots are sold in multiples of 1m, They are £18pm.

You can choose from any of the Harvey Jacobs Exclusive or Custom designs listed in our facebook group (this is constantly being added too) and we have some photos attached as examples, or you can send us your own design that you own the rights to print for.

To purchase a Harvey Jacobs Exclusive (only available through us) or Custom design (commercially held licences) please check out the quantity of metres you require in total and in the delivery check out notes please state the name of the design you wish to print (i.e: nebula). If you wish to have multiple designs please state metreage per design (i.e: 1m x nebula, 2m x unicorns).

Depending on demand turnaround is usually a week to ten days. All fabrics will come prewashed and shrunk.

French Terry and The Inks we use are Oeko Tex Certified. The french terry is 95%co and 5% ea and is approx 285gsm, width is appro 145cm

Once you have purchased your slot for custom designs please send the file or the link to the file (preferred) to sales@harveyjacobs with your order number and name of file as the subject heading. File must be set to 300dpi plus the  print quality results from a Tif or EPS file are much better and these files types are preferred. We can print jpegs but we find the print quality can be compromised. Your file must be sized to the size you require and be seamless unless you specify otherwise. We will print the image you send.

By acknowledging these terms, using the Harvey Jacobs Printing (hereafter referred to as HJP), uploading/sending any data or images or ordering products, you are indicating your agreement to be bound by these terms, including our Privacy Policy, and all revisions thereof. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not accept them and discontinue using HJP.

GoodsYou acknowledge that HJP is a fabric printing service that gives you the power to provide your own design for printing in the UK. You, as the customer, are responsible for ensuring that you possess ownership or license for usage of the image provided to HJP. By engaging HJP’s services, you are giving permission to HJP to use the image for the purposes stated.

HJP respects the Intellectual Property and Copyright of others, we ask that you do the same. HJP retains the right to refuse service for any reason.

By providing Content to HJP you represent and warrant that:

• You have the lawful right to reproduce and distribute such Content;
• The Content does not violate any copyright, trademark, trade secret or other intellectual property right of any third party;
• The Content complies with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations and ordinances;
• The Content does not invade any individual’s right of privacy or celebrity;
• The Content is not unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, vulgar, harassing, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, indecent, inflammatory, libellous, tortious, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable.
• The Content does not comprise or consist of, or suggest hate speech in any form. Hate speech shall include any content that implies violence or hatred against individuals or groups based on certain characteristics, such as race, ethnicity, religion, disability, gender, age or sexual orientation.

Digital mock ups of the Goods provide rough approximations of the finished article and colours may vary slightly due to monitor and device calibration, the process used to print the fabrics and also between the base fabrics due to their different compositions. Orders cannot be cancelled or refunded on the basis of differences in the shade of the design on the final printed fabric.

In the case of Goods made to your special requirements, it is your responsibility to ensure that any information you provide is accurate.

While we try our best to catch flaws before they are sent out, if you find a fault with the fabric, we will refund or replace if possible on receipt of the flawed fabric. A flaw is a fault in the printing or fabric within the 140cm width of useable fabric. Any faults outside of this are in the selvage and are not considered part of the main fabric.

Payment

The price of the Goods and any additional delivery or other charges for the Goods, and the total price of them and the charges, is that set out in our price list current at the date we accepted the Order or such other price as we may agree in writing.

Payment for Goods must be made in advance of delivery. You must pay via PayPal when placing your Order and we will take payment immediately.

Returns/Cancellation

Goods ordered on our Print Your Own service are considered bespoke and are not eligible for cancellation, returns or refund once the printing process has begun.

While every effort is made to ensure you get full measures of the fabric you have ordered and the cuts are as generous as possible to account for this, occasionally fabric can relax once cut therefore the acceptable tolerance for shrinkage is at 5% (industry standard is at 10% but we aim to do better). Anything more than that can be returned for refund or a pro-rata refund issued for the missing length.
