This without doubt has to be the most luxurious fabric we have ever stocked, it is rich in hand, velvet base, covered with shimmering sequins that change colour from every angle, they reverse too, heavy weight, perfect for really standing out from the crowd. The quality of this fabric lends to a higher price but we are able to discount it for a short period only.
